At the uCity Women’s Center, we treat each person with kindness and compassion, and we provide accurate information about pregnancy, fetal development, lifestyle issues, sexually transmitted infections and related concerns. We operate with absolute integrity and honesty in all our dealings. Women seeking appointments at a Charlotte abortion clinic will often first visit our center to confirm their pregnancy and options.

We serve and value each client regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, marital status or citizenship status at the uCity Women’s Center in Charlotte and at the Cabarrus Women’s Center in Concord.

Holistic Health

Everyone is unique – no two situations are alike. We listen and provide one-on-one sessions focusing on care purposed for you. Our medical services are directed by a North Carolina licensed physician and are offered at no-cost thanks to the donors that support our community free clinic focused on pregnancy. Currently our services include pregnancy testing, STD testing, treatment and referrals, limited pregnancy ultrasounds and abortion option consultations.

We Don’t Profit From Your Choice

The uCIty Women’s Center in Charlotte is a non-profit medical clinic and all of our services are provided at no cost to you. We do not profit from any of your sexual health or pregnancy decisions.

Confidentiality

Your trust is important to us. When you visit the uCity Women’s Center, we want you to know your information is safe with us. As a women’s center, we have confidentiality policies that follow HIPAA guidelines and adhere to medical confidentiality practices. No matter what service is provided, your results and information are kept private unless specific written permission is provided by you.
